Dreamers Hub terms of use
Published by: John Adam Spiers (shown as John Spiers on the App Store), an individual in Singapore (“we”, “us”)

By creating an account or using Dreamers Hub, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The community guidelines are section 5 below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Dreamers Hub is
Dreamers Hub is a community app for people in Singapore to share projects, offer and ask for help, join clubs, go to hangouts, and find each other on a map. We provide the app and the space. Members create the projects, clubs, hangouts and messages. We do not organize or supervise what members do together, online or in person.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older to use the app. The same applies to the website. The app asks you to say whether you are 18 or over. By saying yes, you are confirming that.
- You must give a real email address you control. You sign in with a one-time code sent there.
- One person, one account. Do not use another person’s account or pretend to be someone else.
- Your answer about age is saved and cannot be changed in the app. If it is wrong, contact care@thedreamershub.sg.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your email inbox secure. Tell us at care@thedreamershub.sg if you think someone else got in. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Account and data), or by following the steps on the account deletion page.
4. What you post
- You own what you create. You are not giving up ownership.
- The license you give us. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, for as long as needed to run Dreamers Hub, keep it safe and meet the law, to store, copy, resize or reformat, display and share what you post: with the members you chose, with our reviewers and hosting providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. That includes copies in reports, so reviewers can see what was reported. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept in safety records or kept because the law requires it.
- Showing your work without your name. You agree that we may show your content without naming you as its author, for example after your account is deleted or when a reviewer looks at a report.
- You promise you have the right to post it. Do not upload pictures or text that belong to someone else without permission, or that show other people who have not agreed.
- Shared means others can read it. Other members may see, copy or screenshot what you share. We cannot stop that.
- Covers are reviewed. Project and activity cover pictures are checked by our team before other members see them. We may decline a cover.
- Removal. If you delete something or your account, we remove it as described in our privacy policy. Some safety records stay, for the periods the privacy policy states.
- Copyright complaints. If you believe something on Dreamers Hub infringes your copyright, email care@thedreamershub.sg with the subject “Legal notice”. Say what the work is, where it appears in the app, and how to reach you. We will look at it and may remove the content.
5. Community guidelines
You agree to follow these guidelines. Dreamers Hub is a place for adults in Singapore to share what they are making, offer and ask for help, and spend time together. Everyone here is a stranger until they are not. These guidelines help it stay a good place.
The basics
- Be kind and be honest. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. Say who you are and what you are offering.
- Be 18 or older. This app is for adults only. Do not invite, involve or write about anyone under 18 in a way that brings them into the app.
- Respect privacy. Do not share other people’s personal details, photos or private messages without their permission. Do not list a private home as a place to meet.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, bullying or threats, including repeated unwanted contact after someone asks you to stop.
- Doxxing, stalking and intimate images. Do not publish someone’s personal details to harm them, follow or track someone who does not want it, or share or threaten to share intimate images of anyone.
- Hate or abuse aimed at people because of who they are.
- Sexual content, nudity, or sexual contact attempts. Dreamers Hub is not a dating or adult-content app.
- Anything that sexualizes or endangers minors. This is never allowed. See our child safety standards.
- Violence, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous acts.
- Scams, fraud and impersonation. This includes asking for money under false pretenses, and asking for passwords, sign-in codes or bank details.
- Spam and repeated promotion, including copying the same message to many people.
- Illegal activity, or help with it.
- Misleading projects or hangouts. Describe them truthfully, including cost.
Hosts
If you host a club or a hangout, you act as its group administrator. Keep its listing accurate and its conversation within these guidelines. If something in your group breaks them, report it so a reviewer can act.
6. Reports, blocking and our response
You can report content and block members from inside the app. Reporting does not automatically hide the content or block the person, so block them too if you want. A block hides your projects from each other, takes you off each other’s streets, stops either of you walking into the other’s shophouse, keeps you off the same corner bench, and stops new offers, replies, private messages, greetings and visit requests. It does not tell the other person, and it does not remove either of you from a group you both already belong to.
Our reviewers look at reports. We may remove content, hide a project, limit features, or suspend or ban an account when we think these terms or the guidelines were broken, or to keep people safe. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours. Reports that may involve a child, and online harm notices, come first. For general reports, we do not promise to see every post or to take any particular action. You can see the status of your reports in the app under Your reports. The app does not tell the person reported who reported them.
Text you share with other members is checked by an automatic filter before it is published. It refuses text that contains words on a short, reviewed list of slurs, and your draft is kept so you can rephrase it. It also looks for explicit sexual terms, sexual content involving minors, threats, self-harm encouragement, requests for passwords or sign-in codes, and trading of abuse material. It sends matches to a reviewer. Possible scams and anything that may involve sexual material about children are flagged as urgent and checked first. The filter only reads English and romanized words and will miss things, so it does not replace reports.
Online harm notices. If you are a victim of online harassment, doxxing, online stalking, intimate image abuse or image-based child abuse on Dreamers Hub, you, or someone acting for you, can send us an online harm notice. Use Report in the app, or email care@thedreamershub.sg with the subject “Legal notice”. Tell us what happened, where it is in the app, and how to reach you. We assess every notice and act on it as quickly as we can, aiming for 24 hours. You can also go to Singapore’s Online Safety Commission.
Directions from authorities. We comply with lawful directions and orders from Singapore authorities and courts, including under the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025, the Broadcasting Act 1994, the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019, the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023 and the Protection from Harassment Act 2014. These can require us to remove, label or restrict content or accounts, or to keep or disclose records. We may share information with the Singapore Police Force, the Online Safety Commission, other authorities or the courts where the law requires or allows it. The privacy policy explains when.
If you think we made a mistake, write to care@thedreamershub.sg and we will look again.
7. Meeting in person
Hangouts and clubs are organized by members. We do not check members’ identities or backgrounds, or venues. Use common sense: meet in a public place the first time, tell someone where you are going, and leave if you feel unsafe. You can leave any hangout at any time. Do not give your home address in a public listing. Map listings are for public venues only. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (in Singapore: 999 for police, 995 for ambulance), not us. We are not an emergency service.
8. Help and advice between members
Offers of help and advice come from members, not from us. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or results of what members offer, and we are not a party to arrangements between members. Do not rely on a member’s advice for medical, legal or financial decisions.
9. Notifications
On iPhone, if you allow notifications, we may send short alerts about activity that involves you. You can turn them off at any time. The Android app does not send notifications at launch.
10. Our app and early-release status
The app, its design and its code belong to us or our licensors. © 2026 John Adam Spiers. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes under these terms. Dreamers Hub is a young app that is still changing. Features can change or go away, and the app may have bugs or be unavailable at times.
11. Ending things
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put others at risk. We can also end the service. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice in the app, and a way to download or delete your data before it closes.
12. Disclaimers and limits
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows:
- The app is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We are not responsible for what other members say or do, online or in person.
- We are not responsible for lost data, or for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability to you for any other claim connected with Dreamers Hub is limited to S$100. The app is free.
13. Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, the app will ask you to read and agree again before you continue. On the website, we will tell you the next time you sign in. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Singapore law. The courts of Singapore, including the Small Claims Tribunals where your claim is eligible, will hear any dispute. Please contact us first at care@thedreamershub.sg so we can try to resolve it.

16. This website
The website (thedreamershub.sg) lets you keep a dream journal, RSVP to gatherings and write a dream in the room at a gathering. For those features: sign in with your own email and keep your journal yours; do not put anything on the public wall that is unlawful, hateful, or targets a person or a group; and treat other people and what they believe with respect. What you write is yours, and we use it only to run your journal, as the privacy policy explains. The website’s design, the Dreamer cards and the words on the site belong to us; please do not copy or resell them. We do our honest best to keep the website up and your data safe, but it is a small site and we cannot promise it will never break. You must be 18 or older to use the website too.
