Dreamers Hub is run by a very small team, so please be patient and include the details below. Write to care@thedreamershub.sg for every topic on this page. privacy@thedreamershub.sg reaches the same inbox.

In an emergency, call 999 (police) or 995 (ambulance) in Singapore. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time.

Common questions

I did not get my sign-in code.

Check your spam folder, make sure you typed the same email address, and wait a minute before asking for a new code. Codes expire after a short time, so use the newest code. If it still does not arrive, email us from that address.

How do I report something or someone?

In the app, open the item (a project, message, club, hangout, group message, room note, street listing, greeting conversation, or profile introduction) and choose Report. You can follow it under Your reports. For urgent safety concerns, also email care@thedreamershub.sg with “SAFETY” in the subject.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile card or a conversation with them and choose “Block or manage contact”. You can review and undo blocks under Blocked members.

How do I take my house off the street, or stop people saying hi?

On the You tab, open “Your house is on the street”, tap Edit, and turn off “Show my shophouse on the street”, then save. The same screen has switches for “Let members say hi” and “Let members ask to visit”. To end one conversation, open it and choose “End this conversation”.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: the You tab, then the settings button (Account and settings), then Account and data, then Review account deletion, then type DELETE. If you cannot open the app, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

I answered “under 18” by mistake.

Email us from your account email. A team member can correct it after checking. We may ask for a reply to confirm the account is yours. The app will not let you change it yourself.

I think my account was used by someone else.

Email us right away from your account email. We can restrict the account while we look.

I disagree with something you removed or an account decision.

Email us with what happened and the account email. We will look again and reply.

I want a copy of my data, or want to correct it.

Email privacy@thedreamershub.sg. We reply within 30 days. See the privacy policy, section 8.

I found a bug.

Tell us what you were doing, what happened, your phone model and your app version (shown in your phone’s app settings).

Reporting a child safety concern

The Dreamers Hub app is for adults only. If you see anything involving a child, report it in the app and email care@thedreamershub.sg with “CHILD SAFETY” in the subject. Do not send us the material itself. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999 first. See our child safety standards.

If you are a victim of online harassment, doxxing, online stalking, intimate image abuse or image-based child abuse on Dreamers Hub, you, or someone acting for you, can send us an online harm notice. Email care@thedreamershub.sg with the subject “Legal notice”, or use Report in the app. Include:

  • what happened, and where it is in the app (the project, club, hangout or conversation, and the member’s display name if you know it)
  • when you saw it
  • how we can reach you

We treat online harm notices as 24-hour items: we assess each one, act on it, and reply. You can also go to Singapore’s Online Safety Commission.

Use the same address and subject for copyright complaints, directions or requests from authorities, and any other legal notice.

What to include when you write

  • The email address on your account (we need it to find you; we cannot find an account without it)
  • What you need help with
  • Screenshots, if you can (never for child safety concerns)
  • Never send us your sign-in codes. We will never ask for them.
